Vincent’s Bio:

For over two decades I’ve been deeply committed to the practices of Yoga and Tai Chi as my
primary mind / body movement disciplines. I continue daily personal practice and study as well as ongoing training with many teachers privately, in workshops & daily classes.

Strength Flow Yoga represents a synthesis of the most compelling elements of all my favorite disciplines. Yoga promotes health, strength & flexibility. Tai Chi inspires grace and unwavering focus. And western boxing offers effective body mechanics and conditioning.
